Program Description: This program will help attendees walk away with a deeper understanding of the responsive behaviors of those with dementia; with an efficient way to properly address those responses. Participants will be able to clearly articulate effective strategies and techniques when communicating with persons living with dementia; as well as, learn possible causes and solutions of the responsive behaviors exhibited by persons living with dementia.
