Course Description:  With the use of lecture, case studies, study questions and group activities, the course will prepare the learner for the Nurse Executive Certification.  The following objectives will be covered:

• Prepare participants for the nursing administration/management review exam.
• Develop a test plan strategy based on the review course.
• Review nursing leadership competencies and their application to practice.
• Identify strengths and areas of opportunity in preparing for examination
